I learnt all the names of the 26 alphabets from these 2 puzzles which mummy and Ah Ma bought for me from Hong Kong. Mummy has been looking for a puzzle with small caps but couldn't find any in Singapore. And this mummy has my favourite cartoon character " Doreamon" and when mummy saw this, she grab one.

I love reading newspaper.

Potty Training Progress

I hate potty training. Somebody pls save me from this.... Mummy put me on the potty again after Zxavier kor kor left. I was asked to sit in the potty till I pee. Sitting for a while is ok but not for more than 30 mins to an hour! I cried, cried and cried and ask for Ah Ma but she simply ignore me. Pa Pa sit with me too and asked me to pee and still nothing came out. Pa Pa was bored after sitting beside me for 30 mins and he ciao. FINALLY, I pee and yesterday 'quantity" was much more than the day before and I was finally allowed to go. *Phew* Zxavier kor kor, u "hai" me lar! After mummy saw that you can pee on your and is diaperless, she's more determined to potty train me! *Weep Weep*

Zxavier : " Maeve mei mei has so many toys, let me go shake her hands and build rapport with her. Then she will be more willing to share her toys with me! hehe..."

I think mummy and Ah Ma is hooked to buying Coach bags. 1st the legacy wallet followed by the reversible large tote, then another wallet for Ah Ma and a cardholder and followed by another duffle and now this hobo. Mummy and Ah Ma keep buying expensive bags where got $$$ to buy toys for me? That's the reason why u seldom see any updates on the new toys I'm getting nowadays. Isn't that sad? :( Alice 姨姨 went LA to get her certificate on speech singing. Mummy and Ah Ma got so excited and asked Alice 姨姨 to buy them this black colour hobo. The bag is supposed to be shared between Ah Ma and Mummy lar but then Mummy paid and Ah Ma doesn't have to pay a single cent. Ah Ma very clever hor?

My "report card" for term 1.

Umm... Mummy was a bit surprised that I have a "report card" from the school. It was nicely done into a booklet with all my artwork. There was also a list which indicated what have I mastered and what are the things I'm working on. The school also listed the things I have learned in term 1 and what new things I will be learning in term 2. Now, mummy is headache over which kindergarten/nursery I should be going. Mummy asked Ah Ma go Bethesda AMK Kindergarten to recky and report to her before registering but Ah Ma heard wrongly and went ahead to register and pay $30 registration fees. Ah Ma said the school was quite run down and the classroom is in basement, no slide, no swing and all the teachers are quite old. Old teachers again? Ah Ma is super scared of old teachers-thanks to the incident at Tots House. Now, Mummy is having 2nd thots liao! I think she will go take a look at Bethesda AMK Kindergarten and Zion Church Bishan and decide.

A little bit of Potty Power

I have been watching the DVD named Potty Power for quite a while but still have not mastered the skill of peeing and pooing in the potty myself. 2-3 weeks ago, i simply refused to sit on the potty at all but I came to accept the fact that I will need to sit on one after Mummy bought this cute toilet cover from Hong Kong

I began playing with this cute baby pooh toilet cover while in Aunty Go Go's hse. And since we came back to Singapore last week, I began to accept to sit on the potty.

I imitate the Jie Jie and Kor Kor in the show, they sing, draw, colour and play with bear bear while sitting on the potty. Hehe...I was forced to sit in there for about half and hr and finally something came out while mummy and Ah Ma was not in the room. Both of them were guessing if that little bit of water is urine or water(Mummy was asking me to drink water and left the bottle in the room, so they thought I poured the water in lah!). Finally, they concluded that it's urine cos Ah Ma tried pouring out the water from the bottle but can't. I was put on the potty again for another 5 mins and this time round more urine came out but I simply refused to empty my bladder after that little bit of urine came out. Ah Ma said I'm such a poor thing-"being forced to sit on potty until urine came out, so mummy put me on diaper and within 5 mins my diaper was full and mummy saw urine gushing out from the diaper while I was sitting on the bed. The adults concluded that I must be "ren-ing" for very long and I can't pee without the diaper on. :(

We went Shen Zhen again on 12 March. Well, my dear Ah Ma ordered some curtains in Luo Hu on 8 March but she was so engrossed in buying those colourful beads that by the time she went back to collect the shop was closed. Had already paid $$$, so got to make another trip there again. BUT I'm not going shopping this time round, I'm visiting the Window of the World. Ah Ma must be very happy bcos she don't have to bring me along when she shop. Mummy and Pa Pa brought me to see "The world" while Ah Ma shop in Dong Men and Luo Hu alone.

A day in Shen Zhen

The very next day we reach Hong Kong, we went to Shen Zhen. My little passport got another chop chop. We went to Dong Men and here I am posing for a picture on the streets of Dong Men with mummy.

I enjoyed my trip to Hong Kong.

Here we are taking the Disneyland train to Hong Kong Disneyland. The windows are in the shape of mickey mouse. It's just a one stop journey and it costed HK$ 6 per adult.

This mickey mouse and minnie mouse are so big, I scared scared ah! Mummy was "scolding" me for not cooperating to take a nice pic with the mouses as Pa Pa queued 25 minutes to get a turn to take pictures with them. :(It's already lunch time? That's fast. I haven't even played any rides and it's already time for lunch. *Frown* This HK$45 fried rice tasted horrible. I don't like it at all.

We are back!

Our plane landed this morning at 12.05 am and mummy and I only managed to sleep around 2 am. I slept till 10.30am before Ah Ma and mummy brought me to see a doctor. Here's a prelude video of the Hong Kong Disneyland fireworks. Mummy will update more about my trip after she Zzzz....

Here I Come HKDL!

I'm going Hong Kong next Wednesday with mummy, Pa Pa and Ah Ma. My 2nd overseas trip but my first time taking the aeroplane! I will get a seat too on the plane as I'm already 2+ year old so no more infant fare. We will be staying in Ah Ma's friend house in New Terrorities(eh... a bit far from downtown but Mummy and Ah Ma can save the hotel $$ and buy more things for me) hehe..Mummy has decided to go Disneyland on Thursday. Pray hard that the weather will be good that day. On Friday, maybe we will go Shenzhen and Macau on Saturday. From Sunday onwards, I'm going to be very bored cos I will be confined to the pram while the 2 woman shop and the only guy look after me outside the shops. :(

It's a busy piggy new year

Chinese New Year Eve

It was a very busy zhu zhu new year for me. On chinese new year eve, I was having 2 reunion meals. It was lunch with ah gong, ah ma, pa pa and mummy at Bishan then followed by dinner with Rumah Tinggi ah gong and ah ma, the 叔叔 which I'm very afriad of( Don't ask me why I'm scared of 叔叔 cos I also dunno why.) 姑姑, ah boy and Peiwen 妹妹. 大年初一

As usual, we will follow Rumah Ah Ma and Ah Gong to their relatives' houses to 拜年. But I missed out one Ang Bao cos I woke up late so couldn't join them at Pa pa's paternal 2nd uncle's house. Pa pa and mummy took me on a train ride to Pa pa's godma house at Chinatown and oh gosh, the whole house is so crowded with aunties, uncles and Ah boy kor kor was screaming away. Before my buttock got warmed up, Ah ma said want to leave liao. Ah ma, I haven't even warmed up and found out where the sweets are kept leh. The next stop was pa pa's 老姑, house and then it was 老舅(pa pa's side) house. We saw twins jie jie when we alight the taxi and they were wearing cheongsam. After lunch, the whole gang of us set off to Bishan(my territory). He he... and finally the last stop of the day is 老公 & 老ma' house where all my 老姨, 老舅, 表姨, 表舅 are. My youngest 表舅 is only 7 year old lor. It's so confusing so I called them Jie jie and Kor kor. haha....

大年初二

Ah ma and gong gong fetched us from Bishan Mrt station and we went to a temple in Toa Payoh to pray pray Tai Sui. Mummy is borned in the year of snake and I'm borned in the year of monkey and both of us "chong" Tai Sui so better pray pray and hope that we will have a peaceful piggy year. Oops.. we haven't go Rumah Tinggi Ah Gong and Ah Ma's house to 拜年 so gong gong(my personal driver) fetched us to Rumah Tinggi. Hehe... again, my buttock haven't got warmed up and it's time to go off to Simei(dunno whose house is that, as long as there are sweets and Ba Kua, it's fine with me). The final stop of the day ended in Pa pa's 2nd uncle house where I can played with twin jie jie again.

大年初三

Sianz ah... Today is the last day of the long weekend and tomorrow got to go school again. :( Ah ma says we need to go Malaysia and visit my god grandma and grandpa(mummy's god ma and god pa). Heng there was no jam when we travel from S'pore to JB ah.. but there was a terrible jam when we are heading back home. But I was Zzzzzz..... most of the time in the arms of ah ma. Haha... Ah ma's arms going to break! When we reached Ah Ma's house, it was another round of fun cos all the 老姨, 老舅, 表姨 are coming! All the 老姨-s say I can open a toy shop. Haha...Ok, another 3 more days of school before I can have more fun again during the weekends. hehe...

Happy Piggy New Year!

In another 2 days times, it's going to be my zhu zhu's year. Hehe... I wish Pa pa, mummy, 2 Ah Ma-s, 2 Ah gong-s, aunties, uncles... happy fat piggy year. Pls don't forget my "fat" ang bao.

My 1st Complain by Teacher

I got my 1st complain from the English teacher in my playgroup. I guess my parents will be quite busy when I start my Pri 1 education. Teacher gave us some food to eat during the class and I pour some out. Teacher said this is wrong as we shouldn't play with the food that is given to us but I pour the rest out when teacher told me not to repeat the action again. Teacher was quite angry and asked me to look at her. I use my piggy to cover and face bcos I dun want to look at her and started crying. *weep weep*.

Lazy Mummy

Mummy has been pretty lazy recently. Lazy to update my blog, lazy in teaching me to read flashcards... umm... I think I'm getting lazier to read flashcards too. Hehe... My new favourite nowadays is to learn 1,2,3...10 and a,b,c. I'm learning "g" at the moment though I have already mastered all the 26 alphabet sounds. Stacks and stacks are sitting all in the cupboad waiting for me....Mummy mummy, let me finished the 26 alphabets then we start on the speed reading flashcards ok?

Chinese New Year is coming and it's time for a new hairstyle.

I'm changing school.

Mummy had initially signed me up for Tots House which is just a few blocks away from Ah Ma's house. Mummy didn't have a good feeling when she first went to the sch to collect the registration form. The teacher speaks broken english, very fierce and all the kids were sitting at the table "gong gong" doing nothing. Mummy was worried that I will be sitting there "gong gong" too but then the thought that it's very near Ah Ma's house, she signed me up for the programme. Well, 1st day at school was terrible. I cried for almost 2 hrs, stopping in between to catch some breathe. The teachers in school shut the door when Ah Ma went out to call mummy and when Ah Ma knocked onto the door, they refused to open the door and let her go in. 2nd day, I cried too but then I didn't join the rest of the kiddos playing. I just stand aside, carrying my 'zhu zhu' and suck my thumb! Haha.... On the 3rd day, the teacher hinted Ah Ma to leave the room and 2 hrs later when Ah Ma came to fetch me, Ah Ma asked the teacher if I cried after she left. Teacher's response was " Don't ask! I don't like parents to ask!" Ah Ma was quite pissed. What kind of attitude is that? How can Ah Ma not allowed to ask how her precious Le Le is doing in school? After much discussion with Mummy and Pa Pa, the decision is I'm changing to Joyhouse Montessori tomorrow. Heh heh heh... The new school environment is nicer, bigger and more toys! The uniform is nicer too... The best thing is Ah Ma will be allowed to accompany me for one week till I get used to my new friends and teachers.
